Marturisirea unui angajat la KFC

Feb 25, 2009

"Trebuie sa-i boicotam!!!"

Daca vreti sa va scandalizati si mai mult, aruncati o privire pe documentarul "Super Size Me"(and take it with a grain of salt):

Naughton cleverly, effectively, and humorously addresses topics such as:

* The many distortions and errors of Supersize Me.
* The “lipid hypothesis”, where it came from, why it’s complete crap, and what damage it’s done.
* Metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and the mechanisms of energy storage and use in our bodies -- what the science actually says about how people get fat.
* Inflammation and heart disease, and how they really relate to cholesterol.
* How activists and special interests and their coercive efforts via government intervention are responsible for so much dietary mischief that's hurting us.

Cute, Anonymous, very cute.

Insa
Sorry, comment must wait.

"I hadn’t seen Spurlock’s film at the time, but I knew enough about it that I was wary of anyone who wanted to make a film maybe showing fast food places in a positive light. I wrote Tom back and suggested we talk. Once he had me on the phone, Tom was able to make me realize that his film was not pro fast food, but was pro personal responsibility . And that it was pro low-carb, since the diet he went on and lost weight on eating at nothing but fast food restaurants was a low-carb diet."

Hm... poate ar trebui sa scriu asta in descrierea blogului...

Thanks for the comment.

Chiar vreau respectivu' documentar, pare a avea niste informatii interesante.

Eating Eggs Has Little Effect On Cholesterol

New research from the University of Surrey has confirmed that limiting egg consumption has little effect on cholesterol levels, BBC News reported.

The study suggests that most people could eat as many eggs as they wanted without damaging their health.

Numerous studies of egg nutrition were analyzed and the team found that the idea of eating more than three eggs a week was bad for you is still a widespread misconception based on out-of-date evidence.
